No price list: our services and prices are shaped around your day. Here’s what they depend on, and how to ask for your quote.

At a glance

A wedding film in Italy has no one-size-fits-all price: it depends on your day, your venues, how many days we film and the film you imagine. So every Cinemarry quote is tailored. Tell us what you have in mind in our quote form: it takes about 5 minutes, and we reply within 48 hours with a proposal made for you.

Why we don’t have a price list

Every wedding is different. Some couples marry with just the two of them, others celebrate over three days; some get ready and marry in the same villa, others cross half of Umbria between the church and the reception. A single price list couldn’t do justice to that.

That’s why our services and prices are entirely tailored. The best thing you can do is tell us what you have in mind: your date, your venues, the film you imagine, the moments that matter most. Then we can reply with a proposal made for you, not a one-size-fits-all table.

What it depends on

What shapes the cost of your wedding film

Hours of filming. We usually start in the morning with getting ready and film through to the celebrations and first dances. The times of your ceremony and cake cutting tell us how long your day is; if you need something different, we agree the coverage together. The longer the day we film, the fuller the proposal.

Days. Many couples who travel to Italy celebrate over two or three days: a welcome party the evening before, the wedding, a farewell brunch the day after. We tell the whole weekend in one film. Each extra day is an extra item in your quote, and the hours for each day are agreed there too. See Wedding weekends.

Guests and spaces. More guests and more spaces mean more angles to cover, so that no moment is missed. Even for an elopement, two of us come to film.

Venues and travel. Getting ready, the ceremony and the reception can be in one place or in three: venues far apart mean more time and travel, and your quote reflects that. We are based in Perugia, know Umbria by heart and film all over Italy: just tell us your venues in the form. If we don’t know your venue yet, we visit it beforehand. From abroad? See Destination weddings and, for the paperwork, our guide to getting married in Umbria.

Dedicated drone operator. Aerial footage is flown by an ENAC-licensed pilot, only where and when the rules allow. If you need a dedicated drone operator for the whole day, for example where flying requires permits, tick it in the form: your quote lists it separately, like the other extras.

Edits and formats. A film telling the story of your day is always included. The trailer, running time, other formats and delivery times are agreed in your quote, depending on how you’d like to relive the day. Each extra format is an extra item.

Extras. In the form you can tick everything you’d love to have: your quote lists it separately, so you can decide calmly what to keep.

None of these has a one-size-fits-all price: that’s why we build the proposal around your day.

Always

What’s always included

Whatever your day looks like, some things never change:

  • a film telling the whole story of the day and, if you’d like, a short, emotional trailer;
  • filming that usually runs from getting ready to the celebrations and first dances;
  • a discreet, unposed approach: you won’t be asked to play a part that isn’t yours;
  • coordination with your photographer and planner on timings and key moments;
  • an edit with its own structure, rhythm and soundtrack, chosen for you.

How it works

How our quote form works

It takes about 5 minutes online, in English or Italian. No rush: you can go back at any time. Rather talk first? See Contact.

01

Introduce yourselves

Your names, email, phone number and how you’d like to receive your quote: by WhatsApp or email.

02

Your day

The date, the type of ceremony, your venues and the approximate times of the ceremony and reception, and where you’ll get ready.

03

Who’s with you

Whether you already have a photographer, so we can coordinate on style, and how many guests you expect.

04

Your film

The extras you dream of, the kind of film and the style you like. Then share out 100 points among the moments of the day: the ones that matter most get more space in the film.

05

Budget and notes

An indicative budget, for a proposal with no surprises, and any notes. We reply within 48 hours; then we meet in person or by video call.

Before you start

What to have ready for a useful quote

You don’t need everything decided: times are approximate, and you can ask for our advice on the film. It helps to have to hand:

  • your wedding date;
  • the type of ceremony: Catholic, Protestant, civil, symbolic or other;
  • the town and venue for getting ready, the ceremony and the reception;
  • the approximate time of the ceremony and of the cake cutting;
  • your photographer’s name, if you’ve already chosen one;
  • roughly how many guests you expect;
  • any events on the days before and after;
  • the moments of the day that matter most to you;
  • a rough idea of your budget.

Eloping or planning an intimate wedding? Under guests, choose “Less than 50” and tell us your plans in the notes.

Watch our films before you ask for a price

The most honest way to understand what you’re choosing is to watch our work: three very different days, in their trailers.

Questions to ask any wedding videographer in Italy

Whether you choose us or another studio, here’s what to ask before comparing quotes and, where it helps, how we answer.

  • Can we watch a full film? A trailer shows the highlights; the full film shows how your day will be told. Ask every studio you’re considering.
  • Who will be there on the day? Ask who will actually film, and how many of them: two similar quotes can hide very different teams.
  • What’s included, and what’s extra? Compare what each quote contains, not just the total. With us, your quote shows what each item includes, with the extras listed separately.
  • Do you fly a drone, and under which rules? Ours is flown by an ENAC-licensed pilot, only where and when it’s allowed.
  • Can we plan everything in English? With us, yes: every conversation, from the first call to the last edit, can happen in English.
  • What do other couples say? Read their reviews, ideally in full: ours are on Reviews.
