Their day

Emanuele and Elena were married on Lake Trasimeno. Their film opens with a record spinning on a turntable and the needle dropping: from there the day unfolds like a song, from getting ready with friends to Elena smiling beneath her veil.

After the ceremony in a richly decorated church, the couple step out among their guests and the children; then the pier on the lake at sunset, with the water and the hills on the horizon. In the evening, tables glowing in the garden, the bouquet toss and live music late into the night.
