What is included in a wedding film?

How long is the film?

It depends on the format, which we choose together in your quote. Our core collection always includes a trailer and a film telling the full story of the day.

We love spontaneity. You're probably not actors, so we won't ask you to play a part that isn't yours: we tell your story exactly as it is, in the language of cinema.

Do you also offer photography?

Our craft is film, and we're always happy to work alongside the photographer you've chosen, coordinating on timings and key moments.

How do I request a quote?

Fill in our quote form, available in English, or message us on WhatsApp at +39 347 347 8284. We reply within 48 hours – if you don't see our reply, please check your spam folder.

After your quote we arrange a meeting, in person or by video call, to get to know each other and confirm your date.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 12–18 months ahead for spring and summer weddings, when dates go quickly. For sooner dates, ask anyway.

How much of the day do you cover?

We usually start in the morning with getting ready and film through to the celebrations and first dances. If you have particular needs, we'll agree the best plan together.

Will you be intrusive during the ceremony?

No. We stay discreet all day and respect the guidance of your officiant and your venue. It's what our couples mention most often: always there, yet “invisible”.

Do you work with our photographer and planner?

Yes. Tell us who they are in your quote request, and on the day we coordinate with them on timings and key moments.

Yes, on request: aerial footage is flown by a licensed pilot (Italian ENAC), including a dedicated drone operator if you wish. We only fly where and when the rules allow.

When will we receive our film?

Delivery times are agreed in your quote, depending on the format and extras you choose.

How will we receive it?

The format and how your film is delivered are chosen together in your quote.

Do you only work in Perugia?

No, we film all over Italy. We are based in Perugia and know Umbrian venues well, but we film weddings wherever you invite us.

We live abroad. How does planning work?

Remotely, by video call and WhatsApp, right through to online delivery of your film. See Destination weddings.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We speak English, and our website and quote form are in English too. We've been filming weddings since 2011, across Umbria and the rest of Italy, including for couples who live abroad.
