Between the ceremony and dinner we take you away for a few quiet minutes in the best light of the day, never asking you to pose. Then come dinner, the toasts, the cake cutting and the first dances.<\/p>\n<p>For couples who travel, a wedding is rarely just one day. Late spring and September bring long evenings and warm light over the hills. High summer is hot in the middle of the day, so ceremonies are often planned for late afternoon.
